Is limousine service expensive?

Considering the fact that most of our limos can carry several passengers, the price drops considerably when everybody chips in. With gas prices theses days it’s almost cheap to use a limousine to get a large number of people to a special event.

Can I drink the refreshments inside the limousine?

The refreshments are already included in the price of our service. Feel free to have a nice and cold drink before getting to your destination.

Can I bring my own drinks with me?

Most of the times it is okay to bring your own drinks and refreshments inside the limousines. Please check with the person helping you to make the reservation to make sure you have a green light.

Can I smoke inside the limousine?

No smoking is allowed in ANY of our limos, no exceptions.

Can I eat inside the limousine?

Except for some snacks there’s no eating in our units. The main reason is the smells, sometimes getting them out of there becomes a challenging task.

Can I rent a limousine for just one hour?

Our business is a tricky one, and just to send a limousine out costs money. In order to make some profit we require for hourly minimums to be applied, mainly being the reason why the more hours you get the better deal you can get. Why the name “Black Dog”?

The owners of the company are big Led Zeppelin fans and our company’s name is borrowed from their song “Black Dog”

Do I pay for the time it takes the limousine to get to my location?

No. You pay for the time you use the limousine. From the moment it picks you up until the moment it drops you off safely at your final destination.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation to secure a limousine for my event?

The sooner the better. Even though we also accommodate last minute reservations it is strongly recommended that you plan ahead of time, especially around Spring time, Fall and Holidays.

What do I need to make a reservation with Black Dog Limo?

You have to be 18 years old or older, you need a valid credit card and you need to be ready to have a great time. In some occasions arrangements can be made if you don’t have a credit card or if you prefer not to use it. Please call us for details. 866-525-4667 or 714-713-4799

Why do you need a credit card if I’m going to use cash to pay you?

The credit card information you provide to make a reservation is kept as a “security deposit” in case you have any inconvenient, like wanting to go over time but not having the cash in your pocket, also at the last minute you can change your mind and decide to use it to pay, and finally if any of the people inside the limo break anything or infringe any of our rules (read our privacy policy here) we will ask you to pay for any damage made to the unit. Other than that, once the service is provided we will securely dismiss the information and not touch your card.
