2. Vehicle availability

A specific vehicle is confirmed when we accept your booking. If that car becomes unavailable — a mechanical problem, for example — we will offer an equivalent or larger vehicle at no extra cost, and tell you before the day rather than on it.

3. Your booking

Your booking confirmation sets out the journey, the vehicle and the agreed fare. That confirmation is the document that governs the trip. Anything agreed by phone is only binding once it appears on a written confirmation.

4. Prices and quotes

The fare we confirm in writing covers the journey as booked. Changes made on the day — extra stops or a different destination — may change the fare, and we will tell you before anything is added. Prices shown anywhere on this website are indicative until we confirm them for your specific journey.

5. Timings and delays

Journey times depend on traffic, weather and road conditions, none of which we control. We build in time and we monitor conditions, but we cannot guarantee an arrival time, and we are not liable for a missed flight, sailing or appointment caused by circumstances outside our control.

Give us the flight number when you book so we can plan the pickup around the arrival time.

This website links to other websites and embeds a map served by Google. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. How we handle your own information is set out in our privacy policy.

7. Limitation of liability
