The evening
Booked by the hour, for as long as you need it
Keep the same car and the same chauffeur from the first pickup to the last drop off. The minimum is three hours inside town and six hours outside town, and you can extend on the night if the evening runs on.
Booked in a couple of minutes
Pick the date, the hours and the vehicle. You see the rate before you confirm, and you get the chauffeur details before the day.
The chauffeur
Suited, discreet, and parked where you left him
No circling for a space and no waiting for a ride at midnight. Your chauffeur stays with the car, keeps your things in it, and is at the door when you come out.
Booking this for a company?
Corporate accounts, flat rates and monthly invoicing are set out on the business travel page.
One person to call all night
Call the office with any change and we will brief the chauffeur. If the plan changes or a stop is added, tell them once and the chauffeur is briefed.
Why people book a car for the night
Nobody has to drive
The whole group arrives together and leaves together. Everyone can enjoy the evening and the car is at the door when you are ready.
No parking, no valet queue
You are set down at the entrance and collected from it. No hunting for a space downtown and no waiting in the valet line at midnight.
Early, not on time
Tell us the pickup time and the car will be there for it, so the night starts when you are ready rather than when a ride turns up.
The plan can change
Add a stop for dinner, drop one person home early, or stay an hour longer. Tell the chauffeur and the evening adjusts.
A private cabin
A clean, smoke-free cabin with climate control. What is said in the car stays in the car.
Events we cover
Concerts and shows
Theatres, amphitheatres and arenas across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. Set down at the entrance and collected from it, so you are not walking back to a car park in the dark.
Sporting events
Games, races and tournaments across South Florida. The car waits so you are not queueing for a ride with 20,000 other people.
Galas and charity nights
Black tie, a formal arrival and a chauffeur who knows the venue. The car waits while you enjoy the evening.
Birthdays, proms and anniversaries
The Mercedes Sprinter party bus seats 15, so a whole group travels together. School prom bookings are accepted, subject to our booking policy.
Nights out and group dinners
Several venues in one evening, one fixed booking. Add a stop on the night if the plan changes.
Common questions
Special event transport, answered
Does the car wait while we are inside?
Yes. Event bookings are taken by the hour, so the car and the chauffeur stay with you instead of dropping you off and leaving. You are collected from the entrance when you come out.
How far around South Florida do you go?
Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Jupiter, Juno Beach, Tequesta, Hobe Sound, Stuart, Port St. Lucie, Fort Lauderdale and Miami are all covered. Anywhere further is quoted on request.
How many people can travel together?
The Lincoln MKZ takes 2, the GMC Yukon, Chevy Suburban and Cadillac Escalade take 6 each, the Mercedes Sprinter coach seats 14 and the party bus seats 15. See the fleet. Ask us about a second vehicle for larger groups.
What is the minimum booking?
Three hours is the minimum inside town, and six hours outside town. Call 561-475-8171 and we will confirm it before you commit to anything.
Can we stay later than planned?
Ask us on the night and we will tell you if the vehicle is free to stay longer and the extra time is added to the booking. Tell the chauffeur or call the office.
Can we add stops during the evening?
Tell us when you book and the stops are included in the quote. If the plan changes on the night, tell the chauffeur and the route adjusts.
Do you cover proms and graduations?
Ask us about our terms for school proms when you book — there are conditions we set out before confirming, and we will be straight with you about them.
What hours do you run?
Seven days a week, 5:00 am to midnight. A later finish is arranged on request — tell us the expected end time when you book.
Is alcohol allowed in the vehicle?
Ask us when you book. We will tell you what is allowed in the vehicle you have chosen and under Florida law, in writing, before anything is confirmed.
How do I book?
Use the reservation form, call 561-475-8171, or email info@blackdoglimo.com with the date, the venue, the hours and how many are travelling.
