Black Dog Limo Service is a chauffeured transport company based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you enquire or book a journey, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to bookings taken by phone or email.

1. What we collect when you book

To quote and run a journey we need a small, specific set of details:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The pickup address and the destination
• The date and time of the journey
• A flight number or ship name, where the journey is an airport or cruise port transfer
• The number of passengers and the number of bags
• Any note you add yourself, such as a child seat or a stop on the way

We do not collect a driving licence, vehicle usage data, mileage or fuel readings, because you are not driving. If you contact us without booking, we hold only what you sent us.

2. How we use it

We use the details above to quote the journey, to confirm the booking, to give the chauffeur the addresses and timings, and to contact you if the plan changes. Where you give us a flight number, we may use it to check the arrival time so the pickup matches the landing.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

3. Who we share it with

The chauffeur driving your journey is given the pickup address, the destination, the timings and a first name so they can identify you. Nothing else about you is passed to them.

We may share information where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of a passenger or a chauffeur.

4. Third parties we use

Parts of this website are provided by third parties, and they process a limited amount of information on our behalf:

• The booking form on the reservation page is provided by a booking plugin that stores your enquiry on this website.
• The contact page embeds a map served by Google. Loading that map means Google receives your IP address and standard browser information.
• Our website is hosted by a commercial hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs.

5. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as they are needed for accounting and insurance purposes. The exact retention periods are being confirmed and will be stated here.

6. Your choices and rights
