The day
Booked by the hour, or for the whole day
Most couples keep the car from the first pickup to the reception. The minimum is three hours inside town and six hours outside town, and you can extend on the day if the photographs run long.
Booked early, confirmed in writing
Wedding dates go early, so book as far ahead as you can. You see the rate before you confirm, and the confirmation carries the vehicle, the timings and the chauffeur details.
The chauffeur
Suited, punctual, and out of the way
Your chauffeur arrives early, holds the door, and then stays in the background. No photobombing, no chatter during the vows — just the car where it should be when you need it.

One person to call on the day
Call the office with any change and we will brief the chauffeur. If the ceremony overruns or a stop is added, tell them once and every chauffeur on the booking is briefed.

The drive between venues is often the quietest part of the day. Take it. Doors are held and bags are handled.

Bridesmaids, groomsmen and close family in a Sprinter that seats up to 15, so nobody arrives separately.

How far ahead should we book?
Wedding dates go early, so get in touch as soon as the venue and the ceremony time are fixed. Call 561-475-8171 and we will tell you what is free on your date.
Which vehicles can we choose from?
Our fleet is the Lincoln MKZ (2 passengers), the GMC Yukon and Chevy Suburban (6 each), the Cadillac Escalade (6), the Mercedes Sprinter coach (14 seats) and the Mercedes Sprinter party bus (15 seats). Photographs of every vehicle are on the fleet page. Tell us the look you want and we will say what we can do.
Can the car stay with us all day?
Yes. Wedding bookings are usually taken by the hour or for the full day, so the same car and chauffeur cover the ceremony, the photographs and the reception instead of being rebooked for each leg.
Can you move the wedding party as well?
The Mercedes Sprinter party bus seats 15 and the coach seats 14, so bridesmaids, groomsmen and close family can travel together. Ask us about a second vehicle for larger groups.
What if the ceremony or the photographs run late?
Tell the coordinator and the timings move. Ask us on the day and we will tell you if the booking can be extended rather than rushing the photographer.
Can the car be decorated?
Ask us about ribbon or simple decoration. Anything that could mark the paintwork or block the chauffeur view is not fitted.

West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Jupiter, Juno Beach, Tequesta, Hobe Sound, Stuart, Port St. Lucie, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Venues outside that area are quoted on request.
What hours do you run?
Seven days a week, 5:00 am to midnight. A late reception finish is arranged on request — tell us the end time when you book.
How does payment work?
Most bookings do not need a deposit, and payment is normally made after the trip is finished. A receipt follows every trip. Where a deposit does apply we set it out in writing before anything is confirmed, under our terms and conditions.
